Our shepherds hut offers unique, rural accommodation. Ideal for a fun weekend or a romantic break set in a typical Warwickshire farm and surrounded by the beautiful and peaceful countryside.

The shepherds hut is an ORIGINAL hut, built in the late 1800’s which we purchased from a farm in Dorset. Prior to its arrival at Hill Far, it would have provided shelter for shepherds and lambs on the North Dorset Downs and would have been moved around to wherever the flock was.

The hut is wood lined, and has a standard double bed. It also has only a few very subtle benefits of the 21st century – including electric, heating, feather duvet and pillows and an antique settle.

It is situated in a peaceful orchard below our garden, and has its own private area with seats, table and a barbecue (Barbecue pack available).

If you need to “get away from it all” the hut really is a romantic, rural retreat – what better way to wake up to the sights and sounds of the countryside – skylarks, sheep and cattle, or sit in the evening and look at our fantastically wide westerly views and beautiful sunsets.
